Allegretto Outreach

Visit our web site | Contact Information
Allegretto Outreach is self funded thru The Cape Cod Foundation's "Allegretto Fund", we mail out fundraising letters twice a year.
We are a group of about 11 members and we do musical instrument demonstrations in the Cape's elementary schools, with hands-on opportunity for the kids. From harp to flute, and banjo to fiddle, we represent more than 11 instruments depending on how big our program is. We visit a group of about 30 children at a time so that they will have the personal experience of trying the instruments after we do our program. We hope to spark an interest in music!! So many music programs are being cut; we take over from there and go in, to be a musical presence and inspiration.
We also host The Annual Musical Instrument demonstration at Snow Library in Orleans every February. This year it is Saturday feb. 4th 10:30am - Noon. see our website www.allegrettocapecod.org
Call us for a booking; we work on a sliding scale. The most important thing in our world , is that the children have music in their schools and in their lives. 508-432-0051, 508-255-3864
